Raised in White County, Mr. Cantrell always desired to come back and serve the community that helped him get to where he is today. He is a graduate of Bald Knob High School, Harding University, and the University of Arkansas School of Law. Mr. Cantrell is a member of Worden Baptist Church in Bald Knob where he teaches Sunday School regularly and leads a young adult connect group. He also is a preacher and fills in for churches. He is married to his wife Bethany, a registered nurse at Unity Health, and they have two golden retrievers, Major and Maggie.

Born and raised in Texas, but a transplant of Searcy for the last ten years, Ms. Samuel has come to make the area her home. She has been a paralegal for over fifteen years and has extensive knowledge of the legal field and community. She is the mother to two boys, Garrett, a graduate of Texas Tech University, and Kyle, currently attending the University of Arkansas.
